1. No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Please ensure you select products carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product is damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Clear photos of the issue must be submitted

3. Return Process

Email support@aupeptides.com.au with your order number and images. We’ll confirm whether a return is required and provide return shipping instructions.

4. Refund Approval

If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was incorrect or faulty.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Products that are opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery are not eligible for return or refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product appears tampered with or misused.

6. Research Use Notice
